How to Use

Use the shopping cart to add the items you want to purchase, go to the CART page and then proceed to the CHECKOUT page.

Once your order, delivery and payment are made we will pack and send your order within 2 -3 days.

Choose Carefully

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or do not like the particular product ordered.

Replace or Refund

We will, however, replace or refund the purchase price if the product is defective or not as ordered, except where a selected product has been substituted for a similar product.

Not What You Ordered?

If you believe the product is defective or not as ordered, contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days of delivery.


Delivery is by courier in most cases. We will use a variety of carriers and determine the most suitable for your area.

Our delivery charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout, however, freight costs may vary to remote areas.

If additional freight is charged, you will be required to pay the extra cost, which we will debit to your Credit Card, or PayPal prior to delivery, or we will contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

We do not insure our products during transport as breakage is very rare. If you require insurance please contact us directly and we will provide a quote.

Local Pickup

Orders may be collected from our premises by prior arrangement.

Unavailable Stock

If you order a product that is out of stock, we may supply the closest alternative so that the order can be completed. If no alternative is available, a credit may be processed.
